We are happy to consider running credit facilities for companies who are likely to order reguarly. We are more than happy to discuss logistic solutions for companies who need their labels shipped to different facilities, but with one central invoice point.
If you are interested in opening an account, you must be a registered and trading UK business in good financial standing. You must be able to supply 2 trade references and have already placed at least one successful pre paid order via credit or debit card. You will also need to supply a copy of your own company letterhead and a recent bill or invoice (no more than 3 months old) from a recognised establishment (Utility, Phone, Local Authority, PLC company).
Sole Trader companies will also need to provide a proof of address for the proprietor, along with your date of birth.
You will also need to provide a working UK Geographic landline number on which we will call you to verify some details. Mobiles are not acceptable, nor are any numbers starting 03, 05, 07, 08 or 09.
Public Sector, including State Schools, Government Departments, Local Authorities, Social Services, Police, Fire, Housing, Criminal Justice and NHS do not need to complete an application. Simply send an email to accounts@a4labels.com with details of your establishment, delivery address and persons who are authorised to order and account facilities will be available the same day!
We keep our prices low by running a tight ship with regard to costs, and therefore we are very selective with regard to accepting new account applications.
If you are successful, please be mindful that all invoices are due 28 days from the Invoice Date.
