Chemical Labels
Chemical labels are used to identify and communicate information about hazardous materials and chemicals to ensure safety and compliance with regulatory requirements. These labels are typically required by law and provide critical information to workers, emergency responders, and others who may come into contact with hazardous materials.
Chemical labels can provide a range of information about a substance, including its identity, hazards, safe handling procedures, emergency response instructions, and personal protective equipment requirements. The labels can also include hazard symbols, pictograms, and other visual aids to help quickly identify the type of hazard.

Product identity: The name or identifier of the substance or mixture, as well as any common names or synonyms.
Hazard statements: Statements that describe the nature and degree of the hazard(s) posed by the substance or mixture, such as “flammable,” “toxic,” or “corrosive.”
Precautionary statements: Statements that provide information about how to handle, store, and use the substance or mixture safely, as well as information about any protective equipment that may be required.
Signal words: Words that indicate the severity of the hazard(s) posed by the substance or mixture, such as “danger” or “warning.”
Pictograms: Graphic symbols that provide a quick visual representation of the type of hazard(s) posed by the substance or mixture.
Supplier information: The name, address, and phone number of the supplier or manufacturer of the substance or mixture.
Batch or lot number: A unique identifier that allows the substance or mixture to be traced back to a specific production batch or lot.
Additional information may also be required, depending on the specific regulations and standards in place. For example, the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (GHS) requires additional information on chemical labels, including the name and concentration of any hazardous ingredients, the physical and chemical properties of the substance or mixture, and information about the environmental hazards posed by the substance or mixture.

You can have these custom-made in any material too, to ensure your label is exactly the perfect fit for your branding and company image.

Custom Printed Chemical Labels
Do you need your chemical labels custom printed? We have a print service available for you to use. All you have to do is select the following options:

Labelling Materials for Chemical Products
Polyester: Polyester is a synthetic material that is durable, and resistant to moisture and chemicals. It is often used for chemical labels because it can withstand exposure to a wide range of harsh environments, making it an excellent choice all-around for chemical-relate products.
Gloss Transparent Polyester Labels
Transparent gloss labels are often used on product packaging to allow the consumer to see the product inside, while still providing important product information and branding. If you did want your chemicals to remain visible, then these labels would be an excellent fit.
If you are looking for a simple but elegant label to simply showcase your information. Our most cost-effective option would be our matt white paper labels. These are fully stocked and available in all our sizes. If you simply needed a paper label, these will be the best option for you.
Another paper label we supply is freezer labels. If you had chemicals that had to be kept under freezing conditions, these labels are able to go down to temperatures of -40 degrees. We supply these labels in all of our regular stocked sizes too.
