How scratch-resistant are the labels?
Our matt silver polyester labels are highly scratch-resistant thanks to the durable polyester material. Can I write on the labels by hand?
We don’t recommend trying to handwrite on the metallic silver surface with pens or markers. Because the material is less absorbent than paper, pens tend to skip and slide rather than glide smoothly. They can also potentially scratch or dent the metallic-coated surface. For best results, we suggest using our printing service to ensure your design comes out the way you planned.
Are matt silver poly labels waterproof?
No need to worry about moisture damage! Our matt silver polyester labels are fully waterproof so splashes, condensation and other liquids simply bead up and can be wiped off the surface easily. The material will not degrade or warp when exposed to water. This makes these labels ideal for bath products, beverage bottles, or any other application where water resistance is desired.
How long will printed designs last?
You can expect laser printed graphics, logos and text to remain vibrant without fading for 1-2 years with indoor use. The toner strongly bonds to the smooth label surface for durable, long-lasting prints.
